SMS / Text Messages

If you opt in, CausIO (Ayka LLC) may send auction-related texts such as bid confirmations, outbid alerts, auction reminders, and payment links. Consent is collected via an unchecked-by-default checkbox on bidder registration. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

With your organization: If you register as a bidder, your information is shared with the auction organizer
Service providers: We work with third-party service providers (Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, Resend for email) who process information on our behalf
Legal compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages (such as Twilio).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
