How does billing work?
The platform fee is taken automatically from each successful auction payment through Stripe. Nonprofits have no monthly plan: they pay a $200 entry fee and 5% of what each auction raises, or one yearly price with no platform fee. Other organizations also pay their plan monthly or yearly.
What about Stripe processing fees?
Stripe's standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢) apply in addition to our platform fee. You connect your own Stripe account, so funds go directly to you.
Are text messages and AI included?
Yes. Text-to-bid, email blasts and AI drafts are part of every plan at no extra cost, and every plan includes texts for blasts (500 a month on Starter, 2,000 on Pro, 6,000 on Enterprise, 5,000 on the nonprofit yearly plan, and 3,000 per auction for pay-as-you-go nonprofits); for big text blasts, packs of more texts start at 1,000 for $25 and never expire. Outbid alerts, winner notices and payment texts always go out. Emails are unlimited. AI Item Studio (adding many items at once from photos, photo touch-ups, donation request letters to local businesses, and price suggestions) comes with Pro, Enterprise and the nonprofit yearly plan; pay-as-you-go nonprofits can add it to an auction for $99. Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance; if you run out, AI credits keep you going (500 for $19, and they never expire). AI only drafts: nothing is saved or sent until someone on your team presses Save or Send.
Can we sell tickets and take donations too?
Yes, on every plan. Tickets, sponsorships, Donate page gifts, monthly gifts and fundraising pages are paid through your Stripe account like auction invoices, with the same platform fee, receipts and reports.
Do bidders need an app?
No. Bidders use a link on any phone or computer and sign in with an email link, no password. They can also bid by texting your number.
How do I get started?

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Contact us to upgrade or change your plan at any time. Platform fees adjust automatically for future transactions.
